Growing up on a mini farm in Ohio, I was afforded a unique opportunity to learn about nature, stewardship, and life from my parents and surroundings. This passion for the land evolved into my career in natural resources management, forestry, and sustainability.
My wife, Millie, shares my passion for adventure and love of nature. We are working hard on sharing the gift of nature with our two amazing boys. Our 9 year old is an active young man with a thirst for excitement. Our 7 year old has autism and has opened up a new way for us to see and experience nature. As a family, we are the best when we take on the world together.
In my personal time, when we aren’t hiking, camping, exploring, or carting the kids to events, I enjoy spending time in the trailing running. I have always enjoyed running but running in nature give me another opportunity to explore new places, appreciate the outdoors, and test my resolve.
Professionally , I lead a team in corporate sustainability to promote positive outcomes through sustainability. I thrive on advocating for sustainability through strategic marketing and communications efforts, speaking events, and developing collaborative customer relationships.
I hope you find enjoy following my journey of Chasing something more Wild.
